Double the trouble, double the fun, our Sisters are back to cause twice the chaos!

The story begins when you and your favorite sister are gifted a tablet to reward your good grades. Your sister immediately creates an account on a trendy social network, not only to share her adventures with her best friends, but also for something else… As your beloved yet mischievous sister, she wants to surpass the fame of your own account to become the new popular influencer in town!

Our favorite Sisters will have to compete in a frenzied race for followers!

My role on this project

Mission Time: October 2022 to October 2023 (1 year)

  • Find New Mechanics

Throughout production, I was the only Game Designer assigned to the project. I began to take charge of the new gameplay mechanics we added in this second opus, such as the water pistol, the Sis-tok application, interactions with certain set elements, tags to erase, collectibles to collect, secret photos and so on.

  • Write Design Documents

Naturally, I was in charge of writing all the gameplay and story documents.  I wrote the Game Design Document, various Balancing tables, a Dialogues document, a Cinematics document, a Controls document and the Mockups for the mini-game interfaces.

  • Concept all the Mini-games

I conceptualized, adjusted and supervised the production of the 24 mini-games from A to Z, in collaboration with the studio's programmers.

  • Create and implement the 36 Open World Missions

I've created 36 different missions to enhance the Open World. They are divided into 8 categories: Cleaning, Water Battle, Shooting, Racing, Metal Detector, Dogs, Water Course, and Photography.

  • Script Cinematics

I imagined the game's cinematics and wrote their dialogue in collaboration with the studio's animators. 

  • Redact the dialogues

I wrote all the dialogues in the game, as well as voicelines heard in the open world.

  • World Design

I established the new Open World Level Design with the studio's Environment Artists and participated in the Level Building of certain zones.

  • Game and Level Design the 2D Retro  Bonus Mini-game

I created the entire mechanics and levels for the Bonus mini-game "Pixel Art 2D Retro" in collaboration with a programmer.

Game Modes

Adventure Mode

You play as Maureen or Wendy. Your sister has opened a Sis-Tok account where she shares her exploits with theworld. You want to show her that you can become more famous than her. To do this, you will go around Millau and meet the inhabitants of the city to promote your account and make them become followers.This will promote your account and you will become a star of social networks. Objective: Be followed by 24 Super influencers.

Challenge Mode

The Challenge mode allows local multiplayer to play from 1 to 4 players.All the mini-games and characters are unlocked at the beginning. Each player chooses a Character, then they can choose Clothes for their characters and finally, the main player chooses the mini-games on which the players will compete. If the players are not 4, artificial intelligences complete this number and confront the players.

World Tour Mode

The World Tour mode allows to spend good evenings alone or with friends. Several versions are available,
5 Mini Games, 9 Mini-Games, 13 Mini-Games, 17 Mini-Games and finally the mode of 21 Mini-Games. Each
player chooses a mini-game in turn order, one or more times depending on the number of mini-games chosen. Then, the last mini-game is chosen randomly. Each player who wins a mini-game earns one point. The player with the most points at the end wins.

All or Nothing Mode

The player(s) play the 24 mini-games in a random order. Each player who wins a mini-game earns one point. The playerwith the most points at the end wins.

The aim of the game is to push the other players out of the bouncy castle. The game is played in 3 rounds, and the player who stays in each round the longest scores the most points.

Move

The most complicated aspect of this mini-game was adapting the force of the bounce to ensure that players and AIs fell neither too easily nor too hard from the bouncy castle. The size of the play area also underwent a number of modifications, to ensure good visibility and a large enough playing area to move around comfortably.

Type: Dodge

The aim of the game is to dodge the projectiles to retain as many life points as possible at the end of the timer. Players who run out of life during the mini-game are eliminated.

Move

The projectiles were the most difficult part of the mini-game. The ship fires a large number of energy balls, which can obscure players' visibility. We struggled to find an "attention" effect that would be visible and convincing, while not being too prominent on the screen.
